In this experience, we are referring to the act of creating a moment with yourself, incorporating sacred tools {tea, candles, flowers, an altar of your choice} and connecting back to your intuitive guidance system.

    Centering Rituals .:. Returning back to Self

    Ritual + Affirmation

    Open the space with an offering β€” flowers, candles, a stone of your choice.

    To open the ritual, please say aloud to Self: β€œI presence myself to the here and now. I call upon my angels, spirits + guides to support me in this centering prayer. I am grateful for this body & I am open to what the medicine has to share with me. Thank you Great Mystery.”

    Sip tea slowly, put your hand on your belly and read affirmation: I am worthy of this moment. To find my own unique essence. Centering myself is key so I can show up embodied and whole. With compassion, presence and reverence β€” I am home in my body, in my heart. Thank you for always teaching me how to love you (yourself) deeper. I trust you body.

    Sip tea slowly and read affirmation: I am open to receiving what I am here to learn. My evolution is made up of how I show up for each phase of my life β€” to create, I act. To reflect, I listen.

    Ceremony is a a beautiful ally, to remember, to grow, to give back to humanity and this Earth. I am grateful for this opportunity. May all of life come to know these ancient ways.

In this moment, I am honoring my feelings, and I will continue to do so β€” until this energy has fully passed. I will honor myself & my intuition each step of the way. I am brave and I am ready to feel.
